Liked: The location was perfect, in the middle of the centrum. Parking was easy just under the hotel with a price.

Mediocre

Liked: Central location and all amenities and attractions.
Disliked: On arrival, no electric to our room due to ongoing renovations (which we weren’t given prior notice of), noise disrupted sleep as a result of renovations, misleading breakfast price breakdown (not made aware of €30 per head per morning charge on arrival), no iron provided in the room and took 5 attempts to have one brought to the room.

Great option in central Brussels

Liked: Nice, spacious room, very clean and functional. Great location. Fabulous roof top bar.
Disliked: Pillow wasn't great - needs an upgrade

Liked: It was all good, but staff was not helpful with carrying out my luggage that I requested assistance with.

Liked: It was a very good hotel. the positive things were the confortable rooms, the very good breakfast (varied, with salty and sweet options) and the position of the hotel right behind the grand place and just a short walk away from Brussels central.
Disliked: nothing.
