Disliked: Minor point but close to Hospital Sector and some minor noise from that precinct.

Liked: I only like the location and interior of hotel.
Disliked: The Staff member name Gerald was too rude, despite showing him the confirmation he took 30 mins to confirm that we are ready to go. Doesnt have etiquettes to speak with guests. Moreover he charged two times later upon showing him he realized that he charged twice. Wonder it will come back to come account or not. Pathethic service by front desk "Gerald".

Disliked: My wife and i stayed at Warwick Allerton Chicago last month. By now we should have received a refund of the Deposit fee this hotel charged us during Check-in. Our money hasn’t arrived yet. They don’t respond to our emails either.
