Liked: Almost everything was greaaaaaat and wonderful!The size of breakfast could be slightly bigger (and I am not a big eater).
Disliked: The only thing we think could be improved is the comfort / quality of bed mattresses & pillows.

Liked: Amazing location. Excellent breakfast. Helpful friendly staff. One of the best hotels we have stayed in!
Disliked: The only negative of our whole stay was the pillows were uncomfortable. Other than that can't say one bad word.

If I come to krakow...

Liked: Very friendly staff and clean room. Extra request for breakfast options always got taken care off

Liked: We had a brilliant stay at the Warszauer Hotel, The staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent, the hotel was very clean and modern throughout and could not fault it.

Liked: very quiet and clean with wonderful staff
Disliked: it’s actually in the Jewish Quarter, not the old town, which is also lovely but about a 20 minute walk to the market square. This didn’t really matter except that it’s advertised as being in the old town.

Liked: Loved the decor, breakfast and very friendly staff. Also great location.
Disliked: Didn't like having twin beds pushed together, rather than a double bed.
