Liked: It was clean
Disliked: It was disappointing that there were only 2 towels in the room while 4 people were travelling. The light on outside our back window was bright all night, the freeway traffic was so loud & we got a knock at the door at 8:45pm to say the payment hadn't gone through. This should have been dealt with on arrival or departure but noone was in the office either time & booking had been made days prior. Furthermore there were no bowls in the room for my kids to eat breakfast. When I went to checkout I realised we hadn't even been given a key to begin with as we checked in late so we couldn't leave if we needed to.
