Liked: Spa bath was nice, location is quiet.
Disliked: The bed was soooo uncomfortable. No air-conditioning remote working, no hair dryer, usually they are supplied, and no spare pillow.

Okay for the price, but...

Liked: It was close to the hospital where my mother was. The room was big and the bed comfortable
Disliked: The air conditioning was so loud it sounded like I was in an airplane. There was a water leak under the bathroom sink that I was unaware of until I slipped during the night while going to the toilet.

Liked: Spacious. Friendly staff, easy to find. We had to check in early and the staff accommodated this.
Disliked: Some of the odours were a bit off putting. Could hear more than would have wanted from surrounding guests. So if you are after a quiet place to stay, probably not recommend. You can hear everything from the rooms next to you…

Disliked: The only thing that let it down was cooking facilities but as the staff informed us that was to do with the council and not them which was confirmed by family members staying at other locations
