Fantastic hosts, great location, value...

Liked: From the time we first arrived till the time we left our hosts Alan and Lynley took great care of us. Rooms were clean, beds were very comfortable and you wanted for nothing. We were left home baking in our room and the cooked breakfast by Lynley was tops. We will definitely be staying again.

Great B&B in Warkworth

Liked: The room was large enough for us to comfortably use it. Everything we needed was there. There is a large private ensuite bathroom. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The left wonderful hone baked snacks every day. Breakfast was great with several options. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. We highly recommend this location.
Disliked: There were no restaurants within a short walking distance.

Liked: The home baking on arrival was very welcome! The hostess provided a very generous two course breakfast. The unit is on the outskirts of Warkworth, so is very quiet. There is a big garden, and it is a pleasant short walk to the Kauri Park, ideal for a nature stroll. The bed is comfortable.
Disliked: No improvement is needed.

Liked: Perfect location for us. Very quiet neighborhood. Close to museum with awesome walking trail. Hosts were very gracious and provided everything. Breakfast was phenomenal. They even provided breakfast to go for next morning when we had to leave super early.
