Galaxy cycle weekend

Liked: I stayed in Ward's hotel as I was involved in the Galway Cycle, the room was clean and tidy I only needed somewhere to put my head down as we had a very busy weekend,it was nice and quiet too, looking forward to staying there next year

Disliked: Never advised of flights of stairs.having just had knee surgery ..went for mothers day .no headboard on bed pillow went down .flies in room.and was cold..coffee was terrible..I want a refund please
