Liked: The Wandin Valley estate was absolutely beautiful. It was in the perfect location for me to get to my friends wedding and the views from both inside and outside were lovely.However, to be honest, my room had a lot of bugs and little spiders around, especially near the bed. The bathroom had also not been swept/vacuumed as when I accidentally knocked the toilet roll onto the floor it was covered in bugs/dirt.When I turned on the fan, the amount of dust/dirt and bugs that feel onto the bed made me very uncomfortable and left me feeling itchy for my entire stay (despite showering multiple times).

Liked: The location is perfect to everything we wanted to explore around the hunter valley region. We had a memorable Valentine’s Day set menu meal at the restaurant that was the most delicious meal and wines we have ever had! Loved a dip in the pool every day that looks over the beautiful estate. Accomodation was very affordable. 11/10 experience!

Liked: I really loved the location. The drive in was wonderful and so amazing to see wildlife on the property.Had a beautiful breakfast and a great wine tasting experience. Mel was fantastic.
Disliked: It was very dark to go between the wandin kitchen and the cottages on-site. I was a little afraid of snakes.We also were directed to go to Jimmy jones ok the Friday night as the wandin kitchen was too busy to serve drinks to us. It was a very dark walk in the drive. A few extra lights would be great especially in darker months Also an outdoor seat would have been nice at the cottage to enjoy a the veranda outside it.

Liked: Absolutely loved everything.The staff were amazing,nothing was too much trouble and they did everything they could to make our stay memorable.Amazing accommodation overlooking grapevines and a beautiful valley.Eating at the restaurant is a must as is sampling the wine.Will be returning here.
