Would not stay again was...

Liked: Good beds Room tidied every day
Disliked: Power points that worked would have been handy , as TV had no power , when I plugged in the other appliances into the wall sockets , they also did not go , so had to be the power points.Light above single bed not working3 people staying 2 towels??Did not restock with coffee etc at all on a 3 day stayBright lamp on all night outside the door which was glass, had to hang a towel to block out the glare.Sofa pull out couch was very uncomfortable and the cushions on it had semi worn out and did not sit on , more in the couch.Main Entrance into the upstairs is filthy , stains all over the carpet , just thilthyThank you for your reply,In reply to your answer , I have 2 other people who will verify that what I have said is truthful . We left early every morning and did not return until late. I did look in more than once , I regret that I did not try harder to rectify the problems. I have read a lot of the other reveiws and it seems we are not alone in our comments.

Liked: Not much really, the location is ok,The sheets were clean thankfully
Disliked: Duvet covers were stained and disgusting The beds were completely stuffed, if you sat on it you would hit the floor.The shower was filthy, no hot water,The shower head was completelyCovered in mould and filth The door was covered in black paper & tape- clearly no expense spared. Everything was worn and dated,Needs a total overhaul.Smelt musty as well.

Disliked: Plates and utensils were unclean. Aircon didn’t work very well which meant all of us were very hot in a family room

Very good

Liked: The room was clean, soap was missing in the bathroom but was refilled after request. The staff was very helpful and attentive. Night time starts at 9 pm and the place was quiet which we appreciated.

Disappointing

Disliked: The wifi wasn't that great and the bulb was blown so the room was quite dark.Pool wasn't filtered so made me a little sick
