Would not stay there again

Liked: Bed was very comfortably, and parking was easy, and the temporary manageress was very kind and lovely. Lady and was a handy location for warkworth
Disliked: The bed wasn’t made correctly bottom sheet was half up the bed, soap scum in the shower glass didn’t look very nice, the milk in the fridge was off because someone had turned the fridge to almost off, and uninvited guests namely cockroaches were inside our unit made for a sleepless night, interior could do with a facelift,Would have preferred ordinary soap, instead of those foam soaps in the bathroom and the shower

Liked: It was spacious and handy to everything
Disliked: The place is falling apart. Cupboard doors hanging off, springs sticking through the dirty uncomfortable couch (don't look under the cushions!) ,nice to have a full ashtray in outside area on arrival.. Bed pillows were very thick and uncomfortable. Internet said 4 star, must have been when it first opened, would struggle for 2 at the most now, charging top dollar though. Side note it's a very busy Noisey intersection.

Liked: Terrible place, not clean, ants in the kitchen, so dated and concrete block walls were not attractive.

Liked: great location for what we were after, staff were friendly.
Disliked: there is no door or curtain dividing the two rooms so once kids went to sleep we had to turn all lights etc off. shelf in bathroom was loose and almost fell off wall, also the shower mat doesnt appear to be cleaned as when i lifted it bits of junk floated down the drian. pool had tiles that were taped back into place.

Disappointing

Liked: Check in went to plan and friendly staff still around at 8pm. Outside appearances ok.
Disliked: While the unit was clean, it was badly in need of minor maintenance. Plastered patches in walls not painted over. Hole in wall at skirting level below the desk; rusted bracket holding up microwave shelf. Small jobs to fix at low cost but makes for better presentation. Cistern tank drips internally.No extra bedding available like extra pillows. We like extra pillows. The unit was relatively small; adequate for our short stay needs but at $157 per night way overpriced.
