Liked: Only used the Quick Java kiosk - food was meh.
Disliked: Quick Java fast foods was just okay. Sofa bed in our alcove room was very noisy and creaky.

Liked: Rooms where comfortable and great. Staff was amazing. Proximity to everything. Location is exceptional and it’s the perfect t balance between being on a Disney Property and just enjoying some time off

Liked: Very close to Epcot and Boardwalk. Buses were great to go to other attractions. Staff was very helpful and answered all our questions.

Liked: -Good shuttle services-Good and friendly servers: Ms. Keisa at Garden Grove; Robert at Amare restaurant, and Ali at Bluezoo restaurant. -Nicky at Rosa Mexicano is absolutely amazing! Wow!wow!wow!-Self-help laundry services at Dolphin.
Disliked: - Rude staff at Java!! - Small rooms. Underwhelming given the price point.The front desk hardly picks up the phone when you call, and when they do, not so helpful.-When traveling with children, unfortunately, the room gets dirty quickly. While the beds were made, the floors were hardly touched. So we had to stay in the room with crumbs on the and and and for 6 days
