Liked: The location was close and a convenient walk to Epcot.
Disliked: The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. We were in a connecting room that had a baby crying and coughing all night. We were never offered a room without a connecting door and were blown off when the complaint was made. Actually the staff made a joke and said he made a mistake and stayed in a hotel with cheerleaders. It was not funny after not sleeping.

Great location, nice rooms, but...

Liked: The room was very modern and clean.
Disliked: The pools were very cold. It appears that were not being heated. It's a shame, because the main pool was very nice, but nobody was going in because of the water temperature.

Liked: staff was very friendly. Room was comfortable.
Disliked: My wife turned 65 while there on 11/3. I had asked the hotel if it were possible to put a sign or balloons in our room as a nice gesture. I had told the young woman on the phone at the Swan that it was the first time my wife and I had been to Disney alone since our honeymoon over 42 years ago. She assured me that the Swan would try to do something to make our stay a little more memorable. It would have been a small gesture and it would have meant so much as my wife truly thinks that Disney is a Magical Place! Needless to say, I was disappointed.
