Liked: Very nice, clean, friendly staff!
Disliked: The transportation to the parks was good but wish we didn't have to take monorail to separate bus area etc. (when leaving the park). A little more convenience is always nice but not a huge deal!

Liked: The hotel from the outside gave the impression that its a 4 star hotel, but when i was a guest in the hotel, the service i received was below 4. I am truly disappointed in their services, i ordered a blanket and wasn’t delivered, every time i called them for a service it's always either delayed or not received. Also, i can hear people from the other rooms, which was very disturbing. On top of that, i was out in the early morning from 9 AM to 6 PM and no one cleaned my room. The robes that were offered had hair in them, which indicates that it’s not thoroughly cleaned. I would give the hotel (interior wise) a 4 but service (which is the most important) a 2.
