I picked this hotel because...

Liked: Very nice property - rather large and sprawling. You can get lost.
Disliked: I liked that it was kind of within the Disney World property and that you can take a boat to and from Hollywood studios and Epcot. It’s a bit of a venture to Magic Kingdom - I also like that this hotel is included in the Early entrance. We also like a Couple of the restaurants: Shula’s and Kimonos. The meals at both were excellent. Also all the employees were very nice and helpful and all always had a smile and greeted you . When we checked in I expressed the fact that I picked this hotel because we were hoping to be able to view the fireworks over Epcot. I had upgraded our room to a park view hoping that would be possible. I was told that the room we had upgraded would not give us the view we would like, but I was told that he would see if he could get us a room that viewing the fireworks would be possible. Well he came thru and got us a room on the 3rd floor at lobby level with a balcony and low and behold we were able to see most of the fireworks from the balcony and on the second night we just left the curtains open a we could still see them from the bed. We were very happy with our room and would come back again for that and they employees there.

Excellent location

Liked: Our location was phenomenal. Our balcony allowed us to sit and watch epcots fireworks. We could walk to other resorts and epcot. Transportation to Walt disney parks was beyond easy.spotless rooms, great shower head and water pressure. Breakfast rooms service was a huge portion.
Disliked: They didn't recognize us for our 32nd anniversary
