An interesting and quirky hotel....
Liked: Excellent breakfast, afternoon tea and snack options all day. No evening restaurant but options to order in and use dining room. A few minutes walk from the beach. Staff very helpful.The old fashioned style of the building.
Disliked: Decor maintenance needs attention which maybe addressed during the planned winter closure.

A great weekend get away
Liked: The breakfast was fantastic everything you require is there for a quality English breakfast. The hotel is well located for the beach and Margate , you have to explore the hotel and check out the museum

A delightful trip back in...
Liked: So wonderfully quirky. evoking so many memories of a bygone age, without losing any of its original charm. A fantastic opportunity to stay in what could well be one of the best examples of a traditional 'family holiday hotel ' from times past. I was reminded of how I remember it was' when i was younger, and howit was for parents and grandparents- with the added advantage of some pretty special modern day memorabilia. A perfect break.
Disliked: Having to leave. Will definitely need to do it all again.
