Disliked: They double charged me for my room i paid on booking.com & at the hotel. i’m still waiting for my refund of almost $200 for a month now

Liked: The location is good as a base to visit San Francisco and the Nappa Valley. It's walking distance to the Bart. Rooms are a good size and clean. There's a small outdoor pool.
Disliked: The bar served us out of date beer for 2 nights before we realised. Their draught beer was not working throughout our week-long stay. One of the male dining staff was unhelpful and rude throughout. Parking was 30 dollars per night, plus tips for valet parking, including for one of our party who was disabled and had to have an adapted car.
