Disliked: Property was sold our reservation were canceled and booking . Com was no longer available we were down graded twice but the new owners were nice very confusing price kept changing our booking confirmation number was not honored Just paid it and left kids had to sleep on floor

Liked: Great location for weekend activities. Very quiet and comfortable.
Disliked: Towels are getting a little thin, but clean and available

Liked: Breakfast was good but had to wait over 5 minutes to get more eggs and waffle batter. Pool is great and hot tub a good temp. Staff was pleasant and mostly helpful.
Disliked: telephone in the room was a pretty decoration but no dial tone. There are still people who don't use cell phones. The toilet was the size you'd find in an elementary school and wobbled. No elevator. Need more coffee packs in room since maid service is only every 4 days unless specially requested.
