Disliked: Room too small. Didn't realise you can't even walk around the bed!

Great location with cute designs...

Liked: Great location and a nice, curated design
Disliked: The room was so small that I could touch the door and the middle of the bed at the same time. It barely fit my luggage

Liked: It's very central and close to the subway station. The room has plenty of space and a really nice view.
Disliked: The rooms with the best views are a bit colder than the others, but this won't be a problem if you visit in summer or other seasons.

Disliked: Bad customer service, waited 2 hours for a new room because they gave us a bad one , got stuck in the elevator for over 2 hours, got charged for a extra day even tho we didn’t stay a extra day , won’t let me talk to management,
