Liked: Being close to Canal street meant access to the subway was very close - traveling to other areas became very easy

Disliked: The heat and TV were broken. It was a cold winter's day, so the staff offer of extra blankets and a space heater were not really adequate. The room temperature was 63.

would never come back

Disliked: The tv didn’t work. The shower door pushed in instead of out.. which means i would have to get in and turn on the water while cold and not b able to open the door unless the water was off. All of their blow dryers were broken.
