Great staff, uncomfortable room

Liked: The hotel was a great location. The coffee shop on the first floor was great. The staff were very attentive and kind.
Disliked: The room was cold, despite adjusting the thermostat. They offered to bring a space heater at one point. It just seemed like the thermostat didn’t work. The bed was pretty uncomfortable.

Very disappointing for the price

Liked: Restaurant is good although a bit pricey
Disliked: Room was soooo small. Length of the bed is exactly the length of the room (the bed goes from wall to wall). There isn’t even a chair to sit on in the room. There’s so little storage that we “stored” two shopping bags in the shower. There is no refrigerator in the room either. The location of the hotel is in a very desolate area. Frightening at night. Do not expect a “Tribeca” neighborhood with boutique stores and restaurants. The hotel is not quite in Tribeca, and not quite in little Italy. There are abandoned warehouses etc on the street.
