The hotel is amazing; the service is attentive as it should be, and the decor is exceptional - attention to every detail. The location is perfect for a special experience. I found it to be very comfortable, and will return.

Liked: Umbrella in the closet. Swift response when we said the room was cold. Good coffee. Good food at Society Cafe
Disliked: We asked for an extra blanket and did not get one.

Liked: Location boutique historical feel. Fireplace ear entry. Credit to use at restaurant.
Disliked: Our bedding the first night was too thin. Seems like spring/summer sheets were in by accident. My companion was really cold the first night she slept. And we noticed a difference between my bedding and hers. Hôtel replaced ultimately.

Super comfy and cozy, perfect...

Liked: It was a great place to come back to each night after being in NYC. It was so peaceful and comfy, walking into the beautiful lobby each night with live musicians playing was amazing! Made you feel like you were at home and beds are super comfy!!
Disliked: I loved staying here, it would have been nice to have a smart tv as we love watching movies at night! But other than that pretty much perfect!
