The hotel is amazing; the service is attentive as it should be, and the decor is exceptional - attention to every detail. The location is perfect for a special experience. I found it to be very comfortable, and will return.

Disliked: I had booked room with 2 double beds. They gave us room with 1 Queen. Said reservations must have changed it. As 2 women traveling we didn’t want to sleep together. There was a large window seat. That is where my friend slept.They did discount our room

Liked: fantastic location and very nice service in the cafe. The live music gave a nice atmosphere early evenings. Beds very comfy
Disliked: The unusual warm autumn weather meant that the room was consistently too hot. Staff explained that it was because the air conditioning was switched off - but there was no apology and no indication that a hotel in that price range needs to sort out its heating/cooling system. The maid service was very sporadic , one day simply did not happen, another way into the late afternoon and a third only when I indicated that we needed fresh towels. Not helped by the fact that the maid did not speak a word of English

Liked: This place is in a great location, rooms are pretty small but comfortable beds. A/C worked extremely well. I like the restaurant menu-- food is delicious. "Abraham", if I am remembering his name correctly, was the nicest server of all the staff- always ready to make eye contact, provide information, attentive --he should be promoted. Another nice touch to the hotel is the live music, it is a really nice touch.
Disliked: Rooms are small, carpet felt damp so I wore the hotel slippers. Front Desk Staff was new and didn't provide clear information, and while we thought we were checking in in the next hour, it was actually hours! It would have been good to know upfront.
