Very disappointing and uncomfortable because...

Liked: The room and bathroom were filthy - dust and grime everywhere. It hadn’t been cleaned properly for a long time. I had to ask twice for it to be thoroughly cleaned and even then it was only passable. Very tired decor. Needs a refurb. The breakfast was very limited and they were not very accommodating to my friend’s dietary requirements. Not good value at all.

Liked: The location to south beach was very central but that’s about it! If you want comfort stay up the road and commute to South Beach.
Disliked: It’s horrendously uncomfortable! Party music until 5am in the morning. No black out screens and no control over air con! Very cheap beds and poor facilities.
