Perfect location

Liked: Friendly staff. Easy check in process online. Sunbeds on the beach were included in our stay. The hotel was a walkable distance from everything we wanted to see and do. Rooms were spacious and quiet. Coffee & Tea were also available.

Liked: Location, location, location.Staff was very friendly & helpful.
Disliked: My room 107 didn’t have a window that could be opened.

Great location and staff but...

Liked: The location and the staff were positives.
Disliked: The hotel needs a refresh. The decor is too dark and the lighting is poor. The carpet needed replacing years ago.

Good stay just need deep...

Liked: Beach towels and chairs are great, restaurant good with awesome breakfast .
Disliked: The room and bathroom was extremely dirty. Hallway carpet need to deep steam cleaned!!

A lovely affordable place to...

Liked: The location was fantastic, and it was very enjoyable to be in South Beach on Christmas
Disliked: Our room was a little small and being next to the elevator Bank meant I heard the elevator going up and down all night.

Guess it's typical Miami Beach

Liked: Close to beach, hotel updated
Disliked: Elevator setup was different. Charges were not explained - I think they charged me for 1-1/2 days parking, although it may have been parking + the resort charges whether or not you use the beach, understood that 2 bottles of water included; however seemed to be charged for them. Cannot ascertain because didn't get a detailed bill, just 3 separate charges.
