The staff were brilliant; the room was clean and spacious enough for two. My daughter, whose birthday it was, was very impressed by her weekend. Many thanks to everyone.

Very comfortable

Liked: Comfortable, spacious room with very comfy bed and all the amenities I would expect from a central London hotel
Disliked: It was impossible to turn down the temperature of the overhead rain shower in the bathroom which meant we had to use the handheld shower instead. There were no regular tea bags provided in the room which i would have expected.

The perfect London hotel experience

Liked: Such friendly and welcoming staff and they really pulled the stops out for us for our anniversary- they made the stay feel extra special for us. The breakfast was fantastic!

Liked: Breakfast and dinner were excellent and on one evening when we were let down by poor service we given our meals as complimentary. Front of hotel service was excellent.
Disliked: No complaints other than the one evening meal service (see other comments)

Disliked: i asked for XL robes (we are tall people about 14 stone so not exceptional and were told that all robes are the same size. This hotel must please all people if they are small to average size. Just very disappointed as we couldn’t relax like we might have been able to. Also charged room breakfast which we’re told after that room service is all add on despite the fact breakfast was included in our stay so would have hoped for a smaller charge to deliver to the room opposed to the extra £50+ Furthermore turned up without ID as i lobe in uk and therefore didn’t carry my passport. Apparently it’s in T’s and C’s . Who reads terms and conditions!!! Anyway we got round it but all a bit politically correct so don’t think we will revisit
