Disliked: We arrived around 1 a.m. All doors were locked, and there was no one to be seen. It took us almost 20 minutes to get inside—never experienced anything like it. Install a cheap Ring doorbell or something, seriously. At the entrance, there was a steep staircase where we had to haul our luggage up. I walk with a crutch, so that was quite a challenge. The receptionist apologized and offered us some credits, and a few days later, we received a note with a small treat, which was a nice gesture. However, if you have mobility issues, that entrance with the stairs is brutal.
