Not bad and will stay...

Liked: Private, non smoking and clean
Disliked: Taking a long time from purchase from Mandarian oriental to remodel and put restaurant(s) or facilities in place. Many items in the room are still left over from the look and used from MO. Drawers for example do not close and are well past their date. The Waldorf is a high end hotel that doesn’t show the star level. It’s a downgrade so fear from the MO with everything being a higher price.

Disliked: We specifically picked the hotel for the room layout. However, it was not the same as advertised on Booking's app & Waldorf's website. Even after requesting, prior our stay, to have a room matching the picture depiction, we still ended up in a different room than expected. Pricy parking ($96, taxes &fees included for 24h)
