Liked: Pool staff nice, friendly and helpful.
Disliked: On arrival was told we were to be in room next door to friends. Unfortunately this was not the case. Safe did not work and was repaired in afternoon while I was in room. Wasted 4 hours of my day. My room was not cleaned on second day. Water not replaced etc. I was then charged tax which I had already paid in advance and charged parking fee for car which I was told would be waived due to safe issue. Beyond that had no replenishment of water, tea in room and had to ask room service for hangers for clothes. Most disappointing. On check out Dianna the desk clerk stated I would receive credit for the issues incurred but this not the case. Told me the breakfast cost had been waived. However, I had already paid this in advance. To sum up. Very poor service.

Liked: EVERYTHING. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Checked in on us in a great way without being invasive in any way. Room was definitely worth the money. Bathroom was INCREDIBLE. Location was amazing.
Disliked: I wouldn't change a thing.
