Husband’s 60th Birthday Getaway

Liked: This property is beautiful inside and out. If you happen to be in the area and want to indulge in a getaway that is beyond fantastic with top notch employees who provide excellent customer service, this is the place!!!
Disliked: nothing to dislike - I enjoyed everything!

Liked: Very clean and the staff very friendly.
Disliked: Room service was horrible, the meat was burned outside and seemed not well cooked inside, plus very limited options.

Over priced hotel would not...

Liked: The close proximity to great walkable shopping and dining.
Disliked: Room phone never worked, made it impossible to use room service. They moved us to a new room where the heat didn’t work! A repair man had to enter our room in order to fix. Very inconvenient, nothing was offered for said inconvenience.

Liked: Very easy to communicate with staff before and during our stay
Disliked: Could not get reservations to on sight restaurant.

Everything was wonderful other than...

Liked: We got an upgrade on the room without adding money, the room was great the view and amenities, staff and housekeeping did a great job.the Nespresso machine was a bonus and served us well, the property is beautiful and smells really good!
Disliked: We ordered room service and it was a big disappointment, the pasta was dry and chewy, the chicken Brest came with the skin and was undercooked.We were planning to go to dinner in the hotel, but the room service made us to cancel.
