Liked: I loved the cleanliness. Everything sparkled. The interior design was as outstanding.
Disliked: The room needed more lighting gets. Either recessed or lamps. Only half of the room was well illuminated.

Nice hotel with amazing staff,...
Liked: Perfect location. Service was excellent. Before arrival we had some issues with hotel communication, but everything was handled professionally by concierge. Check in procedure was perfect. Private boat dinner cruise at first night suggested by concierge was amazing experience, expensive, but so worth! Next time in Amsterdam we book that experience again. Room with canal view was perfect, make sure to book with canal view, worth to pay extra.
Disliked: Check out procedure, woman who served us, Sabina, did everything in the rush, didn't listen what we ask, so after check out, when we were at the airport, and next day we had to communicate extra with hotel reception to solve this matter, not nice. After few days when returned home, I saw that big amount disappeared from my bank. I have checked, and find out that they charged my credit card upon checkout, but didn't refund ( cut off ) same amount which they reserved as deposit upon arrival. So this is already more than one week, they are keeping my deposit, which supposed to be cut off from reservation same time, when they charged my credit card upon check out. Send 3 letters, made 3 calls, talked to reception, financial department, they still don't give back my money.
