Liked: This is the cleanest hotel/Inn that I have ever stayed in! The bed, pillows and linens were so comfortable. The Inn is gorgeous and far exceeded any expectations. The owners are lovely and made us a delicious breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing at all. I wish we could have stayed longer.

All in all it was...

Liked: The history of the home itself is amazing, architecture, structure etc.
Disliked: For the money we paid I thought the food could have been better. I know the Innkeeper was short on staff as I recall. Lots of road noise, our room was in the front by the road

Amazing place! Stay here if...

Liked: We spent two weeks travelling around New England and this was the stand-out place we stayed. We couldn't recommend it enough. Amelia, Ron and the team made us feel so welcome. Tea and homemade cookies upon arrival. Beautifully decorated inn, with comfortable beds and all the amenities you would want. The best breakfast we had on the whole trip!
Disliked: No complaints!

Liked: Amelia was great and the Waldo Emerson was a beautiful home. We enjoyed the conversations with other guests throughout the stay and were delighted to wake up to wonderful breakfasts each day. We hope to return.

Nice place, but not worth...

Liked: lovely property, comfortable room with a nice bed and good shower pressure. Great to have a daily room cleaning ! The staff that was on premises were very nice and the housekeeper super responsive and friendly
Disliked: one of the best things about staying at a B&B is the conversation with the owners and picking their brains about the local area, what to do, where to go etc. Unfortunately here there are no owners on site. The staff that were there were very nice but couldn't answer any questions about the area (that's not their job, so i don't blame them). So we were doing frantic last minute research on things to do. Also regarding location, although it's only a 10min drive from Kennebunkport, next time i'd stay walking distance from the town center as parking is very expensive.
