Liked: The room is comfy and up to date. The hotel is in the middle of the nature, perfect. The restaurant is very good too

Disliked: The directions to our room in the other building weren’t very clear. Was not happy at copping at 19% service charge at the hotel restaurant.

Disliked: Front desk wasn't very helpful; location wasn't great; no view of lake from our rooms and nothing was walkable.

Liked: Location was beautiful. Comfortable connection from main train station just one change, you have to consider that Germanpublic transportation is on time clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Maybe the size of the room.

Urine smell in the glassed-in...

Liked: Comfortable bed. Terrace. Location close to the lake.
Disliked: Bathroom is a matt-glassed-in cubicle, not very private. The flooring is made of wall-to-wall woven PVC matting. After checking in for 2 nights, we found out that the WC cubicle reaked of urine. After my complaint that same night, the bathroom was cleaned next morning. But it soon enough smelled again. Very unpleasant, to say the least. I had very carefully chosen and booked this hotel - for a long-planned reunion with an old friend from abroad. I was very annoyed and ashamed about the smell. And when I think back of the whole trip, this unpleasant episode is now stuck in my memory.I suggested to staff that we would get breakfast for free as some gesture. They agreed. But we were not offered any reduction in room price. I will not return.
