They don't read messages.

Disliked: I booked this hotel specifically because of its location and possibility to order an airport shuttle, as I needed to come to an airport early in the morning. The Hotel's page on Booking says: "Airport shuttle available at an additional charge. You can request this in the next step.". So I requested it on the next step. But nobody replied. Later I sent one more message and kindly asked to reply me, as that was very important for my trip planning. But nobody replied anyway. I couldn't risk to miss my plane and so I found a different option. But I could cancel my reservation only by paying 100% of the price. So it was a waste of money which, of course, was charged from my account. Although there was no ANY reply from the hotel. At all. I really doubt that hotel staff will read my feedback, the same was as they didn't read my messages. But maybe my experience will help someone to avoid my mistake.
