Good for 1 or 2...

Liked: The room was clean.The shower was good quality. Good water pressure and temperature. The staff were helpful when I needed their support.The hotels location is excellent. - Copenhagen Central Station is a 5-10min walk away which has a direct link to the airport.- There is a bus stop 1min walk away.- Nyhavn (the area with the colourful buildings) is within walking distance (15mins ish)- Stroget - the main outdoor shopping area is 15mins ish walking.Basically, the main spots in Copenhagen are very accessible.
Disliked: I booked the Standard RoomSpace- The room was too small. I had seen reviews about the size before booking but I didn't think it was going to be that small. I travelled alone and there was barely enough space for me.- Apart from 4 hangers, there was no other space to put my clothes and I struggled to find a space for my suitcase.- The bathroom was cramped. The toilet was uncomfortablely close to the shower.If you are travelling as a couple/family, I would advise you to avoid choosing the standard room.Bed and pillows- The duvet was too small for the bed. The bed was a double bed but the duvet cover was a single.- The pillows were not supportive for my head or neck (too soft) so sleep was difficult.TV- There did not seem to be any signal on any of the channels. Fortunately, I was out most of the days and used my phone during down time. But if you like to watch TV in the evening, this might be something to think about. It may have just been my room as well.Staff The staff were nice to me. I did have an odd encounter however where I had asked one of the staff at the front desk if there was somewhere in the hotel I could refill my water bottle. I was directed to the bathroom and was told that I could use the water from the sink. That didn't sit too well with me because I tend to drink filtered/bottled water but I was assured it was safe to drink.The next day, I asked a different member of staff the same question and they refilled my water bottle at the bar. I was thinking why did the first member of staff direct me to the bathroom to refill my bottle, whilst the second one refilled it at the bar? Strange.

Disliked: You can hear noise coming from the nearby rooms and corridor.

Liked: The location is perfect! The staff is always happy to help and answer any questions.Self-check-in/out process - quick and easy. An area for work or meetings is available close to the lobby.Breakfast is available, view at the restaurant is fantastic!
Disliked: It would be cool to have a kettle and fridge in the room, but most likely impossible due to rooms' size.
