Liked: Beautiful views of the lagoon. Clean, beautiful facilities. Restaurant was great with a delicious buffet dinner.

Very comfortable stay

Liked: First impression on arrival is the hotel and lobby looked grand. It isnt right on the roadside, instead by a lagoon with a lovely walkway. So it felt quiet and secure. Walking distance to several shops. Professional and helpful reception staff. Large and clean room with Sky TV. Comfy bed. Great shower. This actually has potential to be a 5 star property.  Would love to stay again.
Disliked: A larger smart TV would be great. A coffee pod machine would be handy too.

Tidy with good sized room

Liked: Very clean, with spacious room and tidy bathroom. Was walking distance from the train station and the mall (20 min). Quick checkout and check in

Liked: Good check-in. Friendly staff. Our rooms were more than we expected. The beds were very comfy. Location for Eden Park was easy peasy. Definitely book again for future concerts.
