The pictures make this place...

Liked: It was a relatively clean, safe place to sleep... but that's about it.
Disliked: I didn't look at the google reviews before we booked. Apparently, they have had some ongoing issues with bedbugs which was concerning. They mattress was wrapped in plastic with only a fitted sheet on top, which was not very comfortable. We were awoken by an evacuation alarm at 5 AM and had to walk up and down 12 flights of stairs for no reason.

Overall, this made my trip...

Liked: The location as in where in the city it’s located is great.
Disliked: This is a very outdated hotel that resembles a Motel 6. The mattress is sooo uncomfortable the furniture outdated to the point it seems unsanitary. The elevators and some floors feel sketchy. There was also a dead roach in my AC unit that I called about they said they could get in the morning due to no overnight maintenance or move me rooms which was just inconvenient having already fully unpacked and ready to sleep. We agreed on a time for maintenance to come get it in the morning and no one ever came by which showed me they did not care.

Disliked: Staff member on front desk wad aggresive and unhelpful. Othe patrons had similar experience. Fire evac early in morning was,annoying due to someone having a cigarette

Liked: The pool and spa were good.
Disliked: The bed sheets were too small and kept coming off the bed. The toilet didn’t work so we had to move rooms. Some staff were friendly and some staff were outright rude.
