Great location but poor cleanliness

Liked: Great location, friendly staff, free towel.
Disliked: Room wasn't very clean. There were baskets at the end of each bed (including the vacant ones) that were full of used tissues and other trash. There was a blood-stained pair of underwear in the corner of the room and half-eaten chocolate under the bed that didn't belong to anyone in the half-occupied room. No power points next to beds. Only small lockers were available in the common area of the room, so there was no way to secure larger backpacks or luggage.
