Waikiki at its best

Liked: A really nice location and excellent bar drinks & food. Prices are going up, but at least this place continues to give great service. My sister and I were very comfortable here during our stay.

Liked: Walking distance from everything, bars, pools, gym, and hk services every day.
Disliked: Front desk was rude at check-in. I had questions about my reservation and the lady that checked me in said “if you have questions, call booking.” It was unprofessional. If you don’t know, just say so and ask management for help.

Exceptional

Liked: Balcony is very nice to relax on. Great location. Beds were cozy.

Rather pricey for what was...

Liked: Lots of selection for things to do. In a good location for experiencing Honolulu.
Disliked: The door to the deck did not seal tight so there was wind noise that we had to deal with the first night. It was addressed by maintenance the next day.

Disappointing

Disliked: We booked and prepaid for an Ocean Front room with an extra-large bed. However, at check-in, we were informed that the room was not available. They gave us a room with two beds that couldn’t accommodate the couple. Disappointing.

Superb

Liked: We upgraded our room to a full beach view upon arrival. The view was good with beautiful sunsets.
Disliked: The daily parking rate was not stated in Booking.com. The self park was $50 per day and $65 per day for valet. This fact needs to be paid clearer on your website.

Staff were really rude
