Great service and overall very...

Liked: Staff friendliness, food, value for money, location - we’d been before so on balance all the good stuff outweighs everything else! Oh - and we were able to bring the dog
Disliked: We still had a room with a single glazed window onto the main road and the thundering lorries are loud in the early hours of the morning! Room was also really hot.

Super friendly and comfy pub

Liked: Firstly, the staff were exceptional (especially Daisy and the lady that served breakfast) - so friendly and welcoming. The pub had a great atmosphere and clearly very family friendly, food was excellent, especially the breakfast (which was included in the room price). The room was very comfortable with views over the river. Tea, coffee, water, with some lovely homemade biscuit - a super touch. Parking was on the road to the front of the pub and only allowed for 3 hours during the day which was not a problem for us.
