The bathroom drainage is blocked,...

Disliked: The bathroom drainage is blocked, causing water to overflow. The entire area under the TV and bed is soaked. When moving to a new room, I also found a dead cockroach near the drain.

Liked: The room was clean and a good size.
Disliked: Had to wait outside the office for 15 minutes before getting checked in. They lock the office door, then check you in via a kiosk. The bed was a platform and very low to the ground. Hard for older folks to get up and down from. The mattress was broken down. The fan on the bathroom didn't work.
