Disliked: It smelled heavily of weed when I arrived. The bed kept making noises as if you were sitting on metal. People were blaring their music. It seemed more like people were living there than actually staying. The portable air conditioner didn’t keep the room very cool because the air blows directly into the mattress. Overall I don’t think it was worth the price I paid.

Acceptable value for the price...

Liked: Location good and easily accessible. Bed was comfortable. AC worked great. I could hear a baby crying in another room, but I could hear the parent quieting in the baby. It would start crying again, but the soundproofing was acceptable. No loud noises through the night. Used fridge and microwave, worked well.
Disliked: When we first got there, the building smelled like smoke, cigarettes/other. Limited selection of items for breakfast, but met expectations. The room was not clean. The shower did not look clean and I was not comfortable using the shower/tub so I did not. The walls and floor looked like it had food or something on them. Needs a deep cleaning.
