Liked: Location, cleanliness, comfortable, infinity pool on Sunday night for adults only and the electric curtains/blinds were a very good touch.
Disliked: The super low ceilings and dark mood/tones was interesting choice from the designers and architects. Made it feel small, but the big window looking out to the harbour made the room feel big.

Liked: The room was fabulous! We loved the shark greeting us on the huge king sized bed.
Disliked: Poorly planned desk services - had to queue for ages to check in and also for breakfast. Both of these service desk areas were small areas, so it felt very cramped and understaffed. The breakfast system was so backward, with people queuing in one area, to then be told they had to queue elsewhere first, losing the spot in line in the process. Long waits for breakfast, don’t order the eggs.

Disliked: Could have been a bit cleaner in parts of the room. The TV didn’t work properly. However, nothing that really affected our enjoyment of the hotel.
