Disliked: The Staff is very rude At the reception they are not welcome at all From the first moment we came we felt unwelcome, and when we ask to speak with the manager we met the worst of them -Matthew the Manager .

Luxurious and comfortable with stunning...

Liked: Absolutely stunning and so comfortable. I had one of the best sleeps of my life in the king sized bed. Despite being so central it was lovely and quiet in the room. The staff were exceptional and upgraded us to a junior suite, which was very appreciated.
