We just needed a place close to the Triple Door and were pleased with our room and service.

Liked: Wonderful wrap-around view and excellent service from all employees.
Disliked: Valet parking was a bit steep for one night.

Comfortable Tease

Liked: The bar/lounge was very comfortable and fun. Good music and good food and drinks.Our room was very nice with a lovely view.
Disliked: We prefer having a refrigerator and microwave available in the room. Having alcohol, and mixers along with chips and candy in a drawer is only an uncomfortable tease for people on special diets.

Lovely hotel with amazing view...

Liked: Staff, room, location all good!
Disliked: Accessing the hotel with luggage was a bit of challenge. The access for pedestrians had steps, if you have heavy luggage you need to access from the driveway which was a challenge with luggage as cars were present, so had to squeeze in between as not much space. Maybe it was bad timing for me. Otherwise everything was really good!

Splurged on a nice hotel...

Liked: The staff was good - before we arrived I emailed and arranged transportation from the airport. We arrived at 2:00. I had spoke to the associate about our desire to check in early and they said they would make a note on our reservation. When we arrived, there didn't appear to be a note and there were no rooms available. We waited for an hour or so, then decided to just leave in our travel clothes.
Disliked: The food and drink onsite was expensive. We did have drinks in the bar and 5-6 drinks were well over $100. Not fancy drinks - spiced rum and coke. We ordered breakfast thru Grubhub, as in house breakfast was way too expensive. Although this is no fault of the hotel, I didn't realize the hill that had to be walked to get to and from the waterfront. I thought the hotel was close, but it really wasn't when walking uphill.
