Good stay, be proactive and...

Liked: Close to downtown, could walk everywhere. The pool is large with plenty of lounge chairs and seating area.
Disliked: Drinks and food are outrageously priced. On a very slow week, we were placed on the East side of the hotel that was right next to construction and loud bars with music going until 2am. We easily could've been placed on the West side with a thoughtful staff member considering the situation at hand. Would stay there again and request and interior room with a garden/pool view or West facing room.

the room 403 is very...

Disliked: Room 403 is horrible. Right next to the strip and very noisey till 0300
