I would stay again if...

Liked: Very clean and close to everything

Disliked: Review of My Stay at W HotelMy recent stay at W Hotel was disappointing and far below expectations for a property of this standard. Several issues significantly impacted my experience:1.Payment Issues: The payment terminal did not accept Apple Pay or contactless payments, which was inconvenient, especially for international travelers like me who rely on modern credit or debit cards. Worse, I was double-charged for my stay, as well as for other unexplained charges. When I brought this up, the receptionist was dismissive and unhelpful.2.Customer Service: The receptionist displayed poor customer service skills. Instead of resolving the issue, I was told my card wasn’t accepted, despite the charges already appearing in my bank account. I felt frustrated and unwelcome.3.Cleanliness and Room Quality: The room did not meet cleanliness standards. The carpet and pillows were not as clean as I expected, which detracted from the overall comfort of my stay.4.Value for Money: The room charges were much higher than anticipated, and based on the experience, they were not worth the price.This experience has left a sour impression, and I cannot recommend W Hotel to others based on the lack of professionalism, poor service, and subpar accommodations. I hope management addresses these issues to ensure future guests do not face the same frustrations.
