Fabulous Philly adventure for both...

Liked: Fun and comfortable room and facilities!The pool was amazing. Most staff were super accommodating when asked for support. The cleaning staff did an excellent job!!!!
Disliked: The room is too dark, I understand moody but I had to use my cell phone to find items in the suitcase. The staff at the check-in desk were nice but didn’t go too much out of their way. For me a 4 night stay is long — perhaps a nice bottle or something little for our stay? I asked for a small vase to hold flowers for a couple hours and they told me to go buy one down the street. The lack of creativity was surprising. Finally I said please have a look this cannot be such a strange ask… even a large glass would do. Also I changed the booking and when we arrived it was still incorrect in the system. The person that checked us in was lovely and changed it but I was told via booking.com that the change had already been made.

Liked: The rooms were large & convenient to downtown Philly.
Disliked: The value isn’t there. The rooms were worn down & cost too much. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. We celebrated our 8-year marriage anniversary & I highly recommend spending the money on The W.
