Liked: Great location and cute, comfortable hotel!! Very cute!
Disliked: I just wished the elevator had AC. It was hot! All other areas were really comfortable and cute.

Liked: Wonderful location. We were able to walk anywhere we wanted within the French Quarter. We reserved a room with a patio that overlooked the beautiful courtyard that was lit up at night. We had breakfast one morning in the restaurant. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: The service in the restaurant was slow. We ate there once and did not go back. I was confused regarding the extra money I paid for some discounts to excursions. I had already planned the vacation in advance and didn't use them. It was a waste of money and I am not sure that it was clear to me that the extra fees were optional. The pool, while heated was too warm.
