At the heart of London

Liked: The staff were super kind and accommodating. The location can't be beat: everything was within walking distance. The highlight was how they personalized our wedding anniversary celebration with a thoughtful message and complimentary bottle of prosecco. Those special touches really made our stay memorable!
Disliked: Our room was a bit on the small side and logistically not very practicle: the lavabo was awkwardly placed in the middle, and we had to close other doors just to open the armchair...
