Liked: Excellent staff at all levels, spacious and well-designed room
Disliked: Piccadilly is very noisy almost all night long, especially on weekends, and the windows are not soundproof enough.

Liked: Modern clean - fast and kind service
Disliked: Breakfast should be improved by have some buffet and omelet order as most hotels, create breakfast into a project and separated payment + service payment and limits like this make it longer then needed and and not comfort in morning
