A welcoming place to stay

Liked: The staff was top notch. The breakfast was delicious.Beds were comfy.And the view is to die for.
Disliked: Cost was a bit pricey, especially for parking.

Liked: Great view, great location right by the city without the chaos of actually staying in the city, all requests for the room were met very quickly such as extra cups, extra towels ect. Also love that they offered to bring my door dash order to the room for me.
Disliked: One of the valet attendants was pretty off putting and made me feel like inconvenience for him to do his job. Fridge was not working in the room when we arrived. No ventilation fan in the bathroom. I was informed of the renovations happening which is no problem for me but even on the 11th floor it was still very much so audible. I spoke with two employees regarding early check in - one over email and one over the phone the day before to confirm. I agreed to pay the fee for early check in and confirmed that this was doable and not just a “request”. Both confirmed I would in fact be able to check in early as long as I paid the $70 fee. No problem. When I arrived this was not the case and had to unfortunately be a bit assertive to the front desk employee who was trying to give me the run around. Ultimately upgraded and allowed me to pay the $70 to check in early which was great but if I had not pushed for it, it would not have happened. Lastly how are we in 2025 and I have to pay $10/day for WiFi ???
