Seemed to be a hang out for young males trying to get their groove on.
Liked: Not much.
Disliked: Food was terrible! $43 to park my car after spending $300 for a room on a Tuesday night.

Liked: Check-in is quick and easy. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are nicely done and are very clean. The rooftop pool has nice views, is clean and warm, and has an overall great layout and ambiance. The music is a little odd and the volume is inconsistent, though. When I walked up to the bar to get a drink (because the waitress didn't acknowledge us after 20 minutes of being there even though it wasn't busy), I overheard the staff talking amongst themselves, saying they don't know how to work the radio system. The hotel is in a great location, right off the freeway and walking distance to a lot of great places. There's metrolink access, bus, and taxi's right on the same block. Parking at the hotel is 40 dollars overnight, 70 for valet, and there is also overnight parking across the street for 20. Our overall experience was great minus a few hiccups. I definitely recommend staying here and will be returning in the future.
Disliked: At night, the living room turns into a party (which is a cool concept), however, my friends and I went out dancing at a place nearby. Upon our return to our hotel, we were mistreated by the "bouncers" set up outside the entrance. One in particular automatically assumed we were not hotel guests (I don't know why, we were dressed classy and not being loud or rude). We simply walked up and immediately the guard tells us we can't come in. We told him we have a room and he sternly replied in a cocky attitude, "Whenever you see one of us, you need to have your room key out, or else you will be arrested!". Completely caught us off guard. I would understand the attitude if we were rude, or sloppy, or really drunk...but the way he treated us was uncalled for. Once we were let in, we checked out the living room and there was nothing but young belligerent people dressed like gangsters (my group of 4 good looking girls ranged from 22-33 years of age). It was an odd vibe. The hotel is gorgeous and clean, so I expected the living room party to be more upscale especially since the drinks are pricey. I paid 90 dollars for 5 drinks. The drinks were good, though, and the waitress was nice.

Expensive for what was delivered
Liked: Beautiful spaces that have been recently refurbished. Staff were really friendly, informative and welcoming.
Disliked: It was incredibly expensive for a mediocre experience. The staff were great and the spaces were pretty but, you can’t help feel ripped off. For the larger more expensive room, there was no actual view out the window as the rooms face other buildings.

Excellent place to stay!
Liked: The vibe and ambience! Beautiful! Love the music!
Disliked: Well getting off of the elevator on the 3rd floor- I thought the curtains to the opening looked out of place. Such a gorgeous hotel and that piece looks cheap. Perhaps build a wall with a door for a better look. I think the space is used for hotel maintenance staff. No microwave. But everything else is fabulous.
