Disappointed. We wouldn't recommend this...

Liked: Staff were pleasant enough. The hotel is in a nice location and fairly central to most places in Dallas.
Disliked: Upon arrival, the property has valet to park your cars but no one to help with luggage. So upon arrival in our taxi, there were a bunch of men, just staring at us as we found luggage carts and got ourselves into the building The lobby area was dark and very unwelcoming. The rooms themselves had a weird layout. Only a shower curtain like sheet separated the bedroom from the bathroom. Had high expectations from the W brand but this fell short.

Again, not what I expected,...

Liked: I put for breakfast to be delivered between nine and 9:30 AM, they showed up at 6:30 in the morning. Also, when I booked this hotel, it said breakfast was included in the price. Then I see another $119 added to the bill. The hotel was not expected and witness for the anniversary with my wife.
Disliked: Not really what I expected

Liked: The location was great!
Disliked: If you want to be at a pool to get sun and not shade this is not the pool for you. We chose this place so we can spend a day at the pool getting sun and it was a failure. Only a shaded pool. You aren’t allowed to even bring water to the pool. Failure!
