Convenient but overpriced and disappointing...

Liked: The location of the the property was perfect for the reason I was in town. Very walk accessible to anything you need such as groceries, restaurants, shopping etc.
Disliked: Rooms are very outdated. I changed rooms twice. The first room smelled like smoke and the couch had a huge hole under the cushion so you'd fall in when sitting down. My 2nd room was not cleaned properly before arrival- I found a sock in the bed, a pair of dirty pants on a closet shelf, someone's person travel size bottles left in the shower and garbage underneath the desk area. Staff was prompt to come check on these complaints but they did not offer any other accommodations or discounts for the inconveniences. I had also noticed my "neighbors" dirty room service tray sat outside of their door on the floor for over 24 hours. Not that I was hanging out in the hallway- but the food left there did smell.

Disliked: It was nice but front desk rarely answered the phone , request took forever or not at all , reversals took forever , house keeping never came to clean up or deliver bottle opener

Disliked: I find it strange and disappointing that the morning coffee bar in the lobby did not include tea. I have never experienced this at any other hotel I have ever stayed at. I wish the bathroom had a makeup mirror. I think the restaurant needs some work. I think the menu is overly ambitious. We enjoyed the several meals we had there.

Liked: The hotel itself was pretty nice and comfy. Everything went well.
Disliked: The first day was really good. The next day was not so much when me and my partner went for breakfast. The gentleman was rude and they were short staffed. We had to wait 45 minutes for our food. Not good at all.
