Very clean place with comfortable...

Disliked: They changed our room from a King to a Double at check-in even though I called to confirm arrival time a few hours earlier. We were assured at the time of the swap that they were 2 Queen beds. Not true! We attempted to make it work, but when you are 5’11” and your husband is 6’6”, those beds DO NOT WORK! That was remedied at 5am in the morning after a quick call to the Concierge and a credit. My issue, is why not give me the King bed I requested at 6pm, if there were King options still available at 5am? Dining areas seemed short staffed. We waited longer than expected for seating and food service for a group of 5, when the dining area was pretty much empty. However, the staff were still very pleasant and helpful. Food options are limited as well, and there is no microwave in the room for the leftovers from the amazing restaurants we visited.
