Excellence and generous service.

Liked: Amazing customer service, every staff would ask if we needed anything or how they could help. Staff went over and above for the extras I orders for the room for my husbands birthday putting balloons in the term even though I didn’t order them!! Amazing.
Disliked: Touch screens in room were a little fiddly. Sometimes did not work and I accidentally turned the whole rooms lights on in the middle of the night reaching for my phone haha. Also the spas were lovely however the first spar had a significant amount of calcium buildup and was so sharp it cut my finger, nothing major but could be quite bad if someone slipped and slid on the steps.
