It was a great short...

Liked: The Staff were all very helpful and very and had excellent customer service. Upon arrival the conciergerie was friendly and helpful, our luggage made it to the room with a smile, the front desk was very helpful as we arrived a little early and were able to check in and get ready for a prearrange meeting. Facilities were amazing, I took advantage of using the sauna and spa and steam room. The Breakfast was excellent a huge variety of foods and various types of milk etc, catered for Gluten free and Children had their own min buffet. The location was perfect a simple walk to south Bank and ferry rides - took advantage of the low fares.
Disliked: Noise in the pool needs to be dampen when it gets busy.

Stayed here based on good...

Liked: Beautiful rooms.
Disliked: Arrived late following a cancelled flight and was extremely disappointed to wait nearly an hour for a cot to arrive in the room so I could put my exhausted daughter to sleep having asked concierge multiple times. I stayed here based on good experiences at other W hotels but don’t put this didn’t meet my expectations. Understaffed to deal with the checkin and guests needs.
