Liked: Loved this location; attached to The Bellevue Collection which enables easy walking to lots of other shops and restaurants. Fun, funky, modern decor throughout. High quality services and staff. Thank you!
Disliked: The "rainfall" showerhead is not installed correctly. It should not be coming from the wall above the faucet handles; it should come from the ceiling in the center of the shower enclosure. One must stand as close to the wall as possible to be under the shower stream.

Disappointing

Liked: room is pretty, so is entire hotel
Disliked: room is really really small for the price. and they really screwed up my laundry, specifically telling me, two separate people, that it would be ready by 6:00 p.m., and then they tried to claim it wasn't because of something that I checked on a forum even though I specifically asked them about the form.also the vanity light in the room didn't work.

Liked: The place was gorgeous and was socked in a huge shopping/dining Mecca. The staff was beyond friendly and the gym was epic. Ten stars.
