Great location and great rooms

Liked: Nice rooms, very large, comfortable beds. I was on high floor, with a nice view. Personnel was kind and welcoming. Inner garden adds a very nice touch.Perfect location for my needs. I enjoyed my stay and would come back.
Disliked: While the breakfast buffet was varied and very good, the two Nespresso coffee machines with two outlets each were rarely both working 100%, for a variety of reasons (water tank to be refilled, descaling necessary...). Often one had to queue up to get a cup of coffee. Breakfast starts at 8 on weekends and since I had to leave exactly at 8, I missed breakfast on the last day. I asked for a little flexibility to get just a croissant and a coffee a few minutes before but they showed no flexibility.

Liked: We found the room spacious and comfortable. Everything throughout the hotel was very clean and tidy it also felt very quiet so I imagine they had more business users than tourists while we were there. We also found the staff very professional and helpful, the one time I contacted the reception someone from house keeping was at our door in just a couple of minutes
Disliked: The only disappointment was lack of hot drink making facilities, only a coffee pod machine but without pods or mugs/cups. As tea drinkers there was no kettle and we were told the whole hotel had 3 all of which were in use. I see they are about to shut for a refurb so maybe this is already on the agenda
