Liked: clean, polite, location, $ 50 reimbursement for bad odor
Disliked: pot smell in the hallway, breakfast not included, price $310+$150 deposit

Great hotel in a great...

Liked: We booked a room with 2 beds (mum and daughter) which gave us much needed extra room. No wardrobe, just an open hanging rail but it did the job. Good shower, great coffee machine. We booked with breakfast included which was great, the staff at that time were really lovely and welcoming. The breakfasts were really well cooked. Near to an amazing pizza place.
Disliked: Noisy air con but it wasn’t really hot whilst we stayed so we only had it on before we slept. The lift situation was a bit of a problem but we knew that in advance from the reviews, we just allowed extra time.

Super central hotel, I would...

Liked: The hotel is very central in Manhattan, close to the subway and the main attractions that are walking distance. The rooms are not super big but nice and clean. I would recommend it!
Disliked: The elevator was quite slow. There were 2 elevators (a bit old I’d say) and at busy times it would take a while to get a lift. Not a bit deal though!

Liked: I liked it when they had popcorn, however this was only part of the time. I would like it if they had popcorn out more of the time. Also the water and coffee in the lobby.
Disliked: Crazy prices! They must be making bank at these rates, lol, with how many rooms they got! I guess it's true what they say, the rich get richer!
