Liked: Location and staff amazing.Rooms spotless and were a great size.
Disliked: The amount of lifts and frequency of breakdowns as we had to wait 20 mins for a lift to check out. Staff mixing up breakfast orders on a regular basis.Other than that I cannot reccomend this hotel enough it's the best I have stayed at in new York and will go back

Liked: Great location. Only a couple blocks from Times Square and the train station. Hotel staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again.

Liked: Rooms very comfortable. Had two double beds. Breakfast was nice start to the day. Location was perfect for us.
Disliked: The elevators took time. But we knew that before arrival.

Poor views, long wait times,...

Liked: The hotel was decently clean and professional. The front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating. Room service was done well after we left for the day and came back. Locations pretty good too. Close to K-town, 5th Ave, Time Square, and Penn Station. It's prime location.
Disliked: Elevators - incredibly inefficient. Small and long wait times and peak rush hours made elevators stop at every floor and reach capacity quick. Honestly it was a bigger inconvenience than we originally thought. Long wait times in general - breakfast is NOT a buffet style. You have to order what you'd like from a menu and wait for it to come out. It takes way too long to come out and when you go down at a busy time (10a~11a) it's usually packed and the line to order is also incredibly long. Lastly, we paid extra for a city view. It was never a city view and not even close. The hotel rooms are pretty small in general as well. The bathroom, shower, and everything that comes with is probably as small as you can expect. No closet space, nor a rack to put your luggage on - which means you'd have to put it on the floor. Bed's were comfy but really squeaky - I was surprised of how squeaky the beds would end up becoming. I asked to switch rooms but they said they would have to do it at a certain time and my partner and I didn't want to modify our plans in NY to make this happen so we just dealt with it.
