Fancy hotel in central Den...

Liked: It's a fancy place, a beautiful hotel. There's three reception desks so I never had to wait to be helped. The beds are very comfortable, and the coffee machine in the room is good. Staff was always friendly. Location is also excellent, the trams and buses stop right next to the hotel and it's very central.
Disliked: Our room had tea bags, but no water heater.We wanted to reheat some leftover food but had to sign a form that we won't sue the hotel. It took them a while to find the form so I had to wait for ~20 minutes to reheat the food.

Liked: It is the best hotel in the city ! Love it so much ! My second time there and will come back for sure ! Everything perfect ! I like rooms with windows so I recommend you to take room premium

Liked: It's a very charming place! Especially the view in the inner yard. There is a weekend market just around the corner. The TV set has an ability to stream.
