Liked: Perectly situated in the heart of The Hague. A very well decorated and clean hotel. The rooms are ok, with a very relaxing bed but a bit small. The breakfast was extensive in choice but we missed the smoked salmon and after missing out in the lost croissant, no new ones came in

Liked: Really comfortable and nice hotel in the centre of Haag. Has a mini fridge in the room which was great for someone who likes their drinks cold. Really nice shower with good water pressure. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: The check-in process took a really long time. The room was really cold and hard to control the settings to make it warmer. Very expensive.

Pleasant stay

Liked: The hotel itself is very nice, from the lobby to the dining area to the rooms, things are updated, clean and well maintained. The staff was very kind and helpful when needed, and the included breakfast had good variety as well as good options for lactose intolerant people.
Disliked: My two biggest issues were the beds, which are very firm, too firm honestly, and the parking. I know the parking isn't controlled by the hotel itself, but the hotel parking is so expensive.
